Usage Instructions: For in-vitro diagnostic Research use only. Follow the instructions provided in the user manual for optimal results.
· Positive Control: The positive control (PC) is a synthetic control in the kit containing 1x103 copies/µL of every target in the panel. Using a positive control from the same lot as the reagent kit is recommended.
· Exogenous Control (EC): The Exogenous Control (EC) is a whole organism control containing 0.2x105 copies/µL of a non-pathogenic gram-positive bacterium. This control should be spiked into a sample volume ranging from 200 ?L to 1 mL before the nucleic acid extraction, or extraction free processing. Detection of EC verifies the successful DNA extraction reaction and confirms the bacterial DNA extraction and amplification reaction.
· Endogenous Control (RNaseP): Primers for RNAseP consistent expresses across different sample types, including human tissues and clinical specimens. Detection of RNAseP is indication of adequate sample collection quality, and PCR amplification. This internal control ensures the accuracy and reliability of diagnostic results by confirming the presence of human genetic material in the sample and validating the assay performance.
